About the Leadership Program:
This program provides an opportunity to enhance the participating leader's communication and public speaking skills when conducting and organizing events while simultaneously strengthening their knowledge on business analytics.

• Opportunity to gain leadership skills by organizing and conducting events with the goal of spreading business analytics wisdom
• Build your network with other driven leaders
• Earn recognition of badges, certificates, and trophies based on contribution to the program which aids in college applications

How to Join:
Participate in our events and outperform in our event activities and event quiz in order to receive an invite and be considered for leader position under our leadership program.

Leadership Process:
Leaders under the leadership program are expected to get trained and organize at least one of the events listed below per year to maintain their leadership status. Stars earned by conducting these events will be reflected in the leaderboard (link) and recognition will be awarded accordingly:

• Online zoom event - 5 Star
• In-person event - 10 Stars
• Door-to-door meetings with small businesses - 20 Stars

Course/event materials and trainings to conduct the events mentioned above will be provided.
